Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to chauffeur services, transfers, hourly bookings, event transportation and other journeys booked with SD Limoservice. They apply to private and corporate customers unless different terms have been agreed in writing.

Booking and confirmation

A request becomes a binding booking only once it has been confirmed by SD Limoservice. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger, luggage, flight and special-requirement information.

Prices

The prices displayed or confirmed by the booking system at the time of booking apply. Pricing may depend on route, vehicle class, duration, additional stops, waiting time and special requirements. Changes to a confirmed journey may change the final price.

Payment

Only payment methods enabled during the booking process are available. Amounts due must be paid in accordance with the booking confirmation or agreed payment method. Separate payment terms may be agreed in writing for corporate customers.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and short-notice change conditions shown during booking or in the booking confirmation apply. Changes should be communicated as early as possible. Costs already incurred or which cannot reasonably be avoided may be charged.

Airport pickup and flight delays

For airport journeys, SD Limoservice may use the supplied flight information to coordinate pickup. Normal flight delays are taken into account where reasonably possible. Timely adjustment cannot be guaranteed if flight details are missing or incorrect, or in exceptional circumstances.

Waiting time and no-show

Waiting time beyond any time included in the quotation or booking may be charged additionally. If a passenger cannot be located or contacted at the agreed pickup point, the booking may be treated as a no-show after a reasonable waiting period.

Vehicles and capacity

The booked vehicle is provided subject to availability. Where necessary, an equivalent or higher-category replacement vehicle may be used. Maximum passenger and luggage capacity must not be exceeded for safety reasons.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must follow reasonable chauffeur instructions, use seat belts and treat the vehicle with care. Smoking, unlawful conduct and behaviour that may compromise the safe operation of the journey are not permitted. Additional cleaning or damage may be charged.

Children and special requirements

Child seats, unusual luggage, mobility requirements or other special requests must be stated before the journey. Fulfilment depends on availability, the selected vehicle and applicable legal requirements.

Liability and force majeure

SD Limoservice performs its services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, SD Limoservice is not liable for delays or service disruption caused by traffic, road closures, weather, official action, technical issues or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Lost property

Items left in vehicles will be secured where reasonably possible. SD Limoservice cannot guarantee recovery or storage of personal belongings. Return shipping or additional delivery costs may be charged to the customer.

Privacy

Personal data may be processed to manage bookings, communicate with customers, process payments and provide the journey. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected. Where legally permitted, the registered place of business of SD Limoservice shall be the place of jurisdiction.
